Job Title/Designation: Online Community Manager/Moderator

Job Description:

We're currently looking for a community moderator for our internet dating websites.

Preferred Candidates: Male

Responsibilities are:

- Analyzing new member requests each day and approving those whose profile text and images meet our community standards.
- Clearing images when they contain offensive content
- Sending pre-written messages to members when we delete images or profiles
- Offer feedback on improving our moderation system and make suggestions for process improvement
- Speed is an important factor as it's your responsibility to move through hundreds of profiles each day quickly addressing communication needs to ensure a clean database.
- In downtime, after new daily members have been moderated your responsibility is to peruse database searches we provide to further improve database appearance.

Skill Requirements:

- High level of English reading skills and comprehension in order to detect fake profiles
- Familiarity with Pop culture and celebrities is helpful in recognizing fake photo usage.
- Ability to work quickly and stay on task without direct supervision
- Ability to see and differentiate between an image with after effects and those without.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

This is an entry-level position with room for advancement to Community Manager with a higher salary.

Social Media Marketing Internship

We're currently looking for young and energetic Social Media Marketing Interns for our internet dating websites.

Preferred Candidates: Female

Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage social profiles of the 150+ dating websites, creating and posting content daily across all our social media channels under the guidance of team leads.
2. Work on SEO, SMO, & SMM.
3. Work on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Quora, YouTube, and other popular social media sites.

Skill(s) required: Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, English Proficiency - Spoken and Written, & Business Communication.
